Please visit the Axelegro Returns Centre to request your return and we will get back to you with further instructions on how to return your order.
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the tag has been cut off. All items are inspected on return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All orders are shipped within two working days using Royal Mail's tracked 24 hour service.
(International orders use a different postal service)
